一、个人简介:

刘敏,讲师,硕士生导师。大连理工大学博士。参与国家自然科学基金、省部级课题及企业委托项目6项。在《Journal of Structural Engineering ASCE》、《Journal of Constructional Steel Research》、《Structures》、《中国公路学报》等国内外高水平科技期刊发表论文15篇,三大检索收录13篇。
